Our main products are floral arrangements, which are subject to product availability. We regularly update our products based on the flowers currently available.

We will contact you using the contact details provided at the time of placing your order and will either:

• Offer you an alternative of similar quality and price, if available, or cancel your order with a full refund.

If we are unable to contact you or receive a response, we reserve the right to substitute the product with one of equivalent value, quality, and color. Any remaining items in your order will be processed with a refund for the items we were unable to provide.

Orders placed online are non-exchangeable.
